Eng: The event

Who can attend Valborg På Campus? Valborg På Campus is primarily an event for students at Umeå University, but students at other universities or colleges and non-students are also welcome!

Where and when is Valborg På Campus? Valborg På Campus 2026 will traditionally take place on the beautiful Campusängarna on April 30.

Is there food at the event? Yes, there will be plenty of food trucks!

Can you bring alcohol into the area? Yes! But there are restrictions on how much alcohol you can bring.

Are there toilets in the area? Yes, there are plenty of toilets.

Can you enter and exit the area as you wish? Yes, you can enter and exit the area as you wish.

What is required to enter the event? To enter the event, you must wear the event wristband. You can collect the wristband in the days before the event.

Eng: Tickets

Can I buy tickets on site? Unfortunately, tickets cannot be bought on site, but must be purchased via Billetto.se. Ticket sales will close a few days before the event day.

Are the tickets personal? Yes, all tickets for Valborg På Campus are personal. However, you can give/sell your ticket to someone else, provided that the recipient meets the same criteria as you (e.g. that they are an UmU student if the ticket is for an UmU student).

How do I transfer my ticket to someone else? It is possible to transfer tickets in Billetto. Via the website: click on "my tickets" → "information" for your Valborg På Campus ticket → "transfer tickets". There you fill in the name and email address of the person who will receive your ticket. It is important that the person you are transferring your ticket to meets the same criteria (e.g. student at UmU) as you.

Eng: Attendance Rules
  • If you bring alcohol to the event area, this may only be done in moderate quantities for your own use. You may be refused entry if you bring what the entrance attendant considers to be too much.
  • If you are going to drink, drink responsibly. It is a matter of safety for you, your fellow humans and for the event to continue without problems.
  • If you are overintoxicated at the entrance, you will not be allowed in. If you become overintoxicated during the event, you will be escorted out of the area by security guards and have your wristband cut.
  • If you behave inappropriately, disrupt or otherwise show that you cannot behave, you will be escorted out of the area by security guards and have your wristband cut.
  • If at any time during the event you feel unsafe, feel unwell or see someone else feeling unwell, immediately contact the nearest volunteer, security guard or medical staff and they will help you.

  • Other items deemed inappropriate by security guards or entrance attendants

Tickets to Valborg on Campus are non-refundable. The tickets are valid for the event in its entirety, not for any individual artist. Changes in the program, delays or completely or partially cancelled individual gig(s) does not give ticket buyers any right to compensation.
Ticket buyers consent to being featured in videos, photos and social media in or around the event area for commercial purposes. No photos or videos will be removed regardless of the conditions and no compensation will be given.
The organisers of Valborg on Campus work to create a safe event, but the ticket buyer attends the event at their own risk. The organiser does compensate accidents or crimes committed within the event area.
In case of any outage where implementation of the event becomes unreasonable - for example electricity outage, technical problems, bomb threats or extreme weather - the event can be completely or partially cancelled. In this case compensation will primarily be provided in the form of an event of different location, time or type. Valborg on Campus always reserves the right to change the event’s time and place.
In case of brawl, possession or use of drugs, inappropriate behaviour, induction of danger or any other oversight of the event rules of order, defined preceding the event, the ticket buyer can be denied entry or be removed from the area. The event safety staff makes this assessment and their decision cannot be appealed. No compensation will be given.
Possession of drugs means the wristband will be cut and results in a lifetime ban from Valborg on Campus.
All forms of sexual harassment or brawl leads to a lifetime ban from Valborg on Campus.
No items or services may be sold or promoted within the area without written permission from the organiser.
Tickets are personal. It is possible to transfer your ticket to another person via Billetto, however the person receiving the ticket must meet the requirements of the particular ticket type - for example proof of university enrolment.
